Sometimes I go offline for awhile to recharge my energy. If I'm offline for months, it's because I had an episode and needed to go offline. If I'm offline for a whole year, then you can worry. I usually warn if I'm about to go offline for a long period of time anyways. My friends can still try to contact me outside of Instagram, but just know that there's a 50/50 chance I'll respond depending on how bad the episode is

If I'm not texting you first it's either because of social anxiety, I'm not sure what to say, or I just don't have any energy

I'm neurodivergant and have a hard time noticing tones and social cues, so please be direct with me and use tone indicators
